I'm Mel Fernandez,  an experienced professional trainer with a  vision to unlock the potential of individuals and teams through engaging customized workshops and social events. With over 21 years of experience in government and military service, I bring deep expertise in relationship communication consultation, leadership, team development, and organizational transformation.

During my years in service, I witnessed firsthand how poor communication can

destabilize organizations and destroy relationships. I grew motivated by my belief that personal and professional relationships should be meaningful and authentic, and it drove me to develop a unique training program using psychometric tools to understand behaviors and personality types and enhance emotional intelligence.

With these frameworks, I have taught hundreds of learners how to crack the code on how people lead, think, and connect and inspired numerous organizations to build positive, joyful cultures that drive performance. My love of problem solving and passion for making learning fun are at the heart of my brand and I'm devoted to my mission to teach everyone how to have the conversations that matter and bring out the best version of you—enabling you to build your own village, wherever you may be.
